Description

Role Description Housekeepers will p erform a variety of cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure all rooms, common areas, and grounds are cared for according to company standards. Required Skills/Abilities: Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, laundry, emptying trash, carpet cleaning. Ensure all rooms and bathrooms are cared for and inspected according to company standards. Restock supplies and consumables. Empty trash from designated areas throughout the motel/cabin grounds. Clean, dry, and restock laundry as needed. Clean furniture and carpets as needed. Stock, refill, and clean cabins/laundry facility as needed. Maintain grounds outside motel/cabins including picking up litter and light maintenance as needed. Assist guests as necessary. Notify management of any necessary repairs or problems. Follow all safety and security procedures according to company policy. Perform other functions as necessary or assigned Ability to efficiently time manage and work well with minimal supervision Experience/Education: A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Occasional exposure to toxic/caustic chemicals. Continuously standing, walking, reaching at/below shoulders, frequently lift/carry up to 10 pounds below waist, up to 20 pounds at waist/chest and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
