    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">An emerging project management professional looking to build foundational skills and practical experience across the delivery lifecycle. The Associate Project Manager will be embedded within an assigned pillar, which may include an Agile Release Train (Product) as a Scrum Master, Software Professional Services (SPS/Hybrid), or Corporate Programs, and will support the planning, coordination and execution of projects. This is a learning-oriented role designed to develop core methodology knowledge, stakeholder communication skills and delivery discipline, with increasing levels of responsibility as capability grows.&nbsp;</p><p>The selected candidate will work hybrid, 1-2 days a week as needed at our Danvers, MA headquarters.&nbsp;</p><p>Compensation range: $75,000 - $90,000</p><p>Other compensation: Performance bonus eligible&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, licensure, certifications, related experience and other related factors.&nbsp;</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the planning, estimation, scoping, tracking and delivery of project solutions under the guidance of a Project Manager or senior practitioner.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones and resource needs while contributing to overall project plans.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain RAID logs and support project reporting, status updates and administrative activities to keep delivery organized and on track.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure alignment with established GPMO frameworks, delivery standards and best practices, including quality, transparency and execution consistency.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Apply knowledge of the application lifecycle and project delivery methodologies, including PMI, Lean-Agile, Scrum and Kanban practices.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in SAFe events and ceremonies within product-focused teams, building practical experience with agile delivery approaches.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate tasks, monitor progress, facilitate meetings and escalate risks or issues as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Build effective working relationships with internal teams, external partners and third-party personnel while actively pursuing professional development in project management and lean-agile methodologies.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent required.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Formal training in Lean-Agile project management or Scaled Agile methodology is a plus (e.g. CSM, PSM, SAFe).&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">1+ years&rsquo; experience in a project management or delivery support role; PMI or Lean-Agile methodology experience including Scrum and Kanban is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Exposure to one or more GPMO pillar environments (product/ART delivery, professional services, or corporate programs) is advantageous.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in the publishing or life sciences industry preferred.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Smartsheet, MS 365, Google Workspace, retro tooling).&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Good presentation and written communication skills and analytical and interpersonal skills</li></ul></div><p>A pioneer in voluntary <a href=\"https://www.copyright.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/CCC_CreatingSolutionsTogether_Ebook_2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">collective licensing</a>, CCC is a leading information solutions provider to organizations around the world.
