Our associate positions include opportunities for General Dentists, Pediatric Dentists, Orthodontists, Periodontists, Prosthodontists, Endodontists, and Oral Surgeons.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>MB2 Dental is a growing Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) with over 800 practices across 45 U.S. states. At MB2 Dental, we help you combine the benefits of partnering with a larger organization, like shared services and access to capital, with the independence and autonomy you love about owning a practice. Unlike your traditional DSO model, our Owners maintain complete control and clinical autonomy as they continue to run their offices as they see fit. Doctors are responsible for local leadership and clinical care, while MB2 handles all non-clinical tasks so our doctors can focus on patient care.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The compensation package varies by practice but typically includes a combination of the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Daily guarantee</li>\n <li>Additional production bonuses</li>\n <li>$200,000 - $300,000+ annual earning potential (based on location)</li>\n <li>Sign-on or relocation bonuses</li>\n <li>Health and supplemental insurance</li>\n <li>401k</li>\n <li>Access to FREE and discounted CE courses</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>DDS/DMD degree from a Canadian-accredited program (Required)</li>\n <li>Ability to pass state licensure requirements</li>\n <li>Desire to relocate to the United States</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>MB2 Dental Solutions, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.</em></p>",
