    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">\n  <p><strong><u>Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Responsible for analysis, design, implementation, and testing of Oracle E-Business Suite following all applicable standards with strong Knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing modules.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Prepare Unit Test and end-to-end Test scripts and Conduct CRP with Global Business Users.</li>\n   <li>Investigate issues within Oracle Application functionality to determine root cause &amp; ability to resolves them.</li>\n   <li>Prioritize and manage issues assigned within guidelines provided.</li>\n   <li>Create and manage TARs with the Oracle support organization as required in order to resolve Oracle functionality or data issues.</li>\n   <li>Work with the technical team members in developing &amp; testing of customized solutions related to Oracle Application.</li>\n   <li>Pro-actively monitor key business processes and work with end users to streamline business processes using Oracle functionality and improve the efficiency.</li>\n   <li>Develop functional and technical specifications to address new business requirements.</li>\n   <li>Document detailed processes and procedures and train end users</li>\n  </ul>\n  <p><strong><u>Education &amp; Experience</u></strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Minimum 8 yr. experience in oracle Manufacturing Modules.</li>\n   <li>Bachelor’s / master’s degree in engineering / MBA /MCA/ MSc - IT</li>\n  </ul>\n  <p><strong><u>Skills</u></strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>8 years of Oracle application’s experience in various Manufacturing modules like Inventory, BOM, WIP, Costing, Advance Supply Chain Planning etc.</li>\n   <li>Working knowledge of the Oracle EBS “Plan to Procure” and “Order to Cash” processes is must.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Should have strong knowledge on Technical and well exposed to Functional aspect of the Manufacturing modules.</li>\n   <li>Working exposure to Oracle Cloud is highly desirable.</li>\n   <li>Extensive development knowledge &amp; experience in one or more RICEW components (forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and workflows)</li>\n   <li>Working experience on MES Integration or exposure to handling integration related support issues is desirable.</li>\n   <li>Able to interact with business users with clear written and verbal communication as well as writing requirements and test plan documents.</li>\n   <li>Hands-on technical experience on PL-SQL, XML/BI Publisher, Query Tunning, Shell Script is must.</li>\n   <li>Experience of data conversions, Integrations with third party applications will be an added advantage.</li>\n   <li>Exposure to areas like Item Costing, Cycle Count, Outside Processing would be a big plus.</li>\n  </ul>\n  <p><strong><u>Working Conditions</u></strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>The work mode of Finisar India is Hybrid i.e. 3 days at office.&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n  <p><strong><u>Culture&nbsp;Commitment</u></strong></p>\n  <p>Ensure adherence to company’s values (ICARE) in all aspects of your position at Coherent Corp.:</p>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0.5in\"><strong>I</strong>ntegrity – Create an Environment of Trust</p>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0.5in\"><strong>C</strong>ollaboration – Innovate Through the Sharing of Ideas</p>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0.5in\"><strong>A</strong>ccountability – Own the Process and the Outcome</p>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0.5in\"><strong>R</strong>espect – Recognize the Value in Everyone</p>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0.5in\"><strong>E</strong>nthusiasm – Find a Sense of Purpose in Work</p>\n  <p><i>Coherent Corp. is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
