Job Summary: As an Expert Team Trainer, you serve as the primary product educator for our customers. Your mission is to lead comprehensive training sessions that ensure users—from paralegals to partners—fully master the suite’s capabilities. LEX User Summit - As an Expert Team Trainer, you will serve as a technical ambassador at our LEX User Summit, engaging directly with customers to resolve complex queries and sharing advanced system knowledge to ensure optimal platform utilization Qualifications: Command the Room: Serve as an assertive, high-impact communicator who doesn't just give answers, but provides the strategic recommendations that instill immediate client confidence. Root-Cause Architect: Leverage exceptional curiosity and creative "lesson-planning" to diagnose and solve the core challenges behind every customer priority. Agile Technologist: Demonstrate a relentless, self-motivated drive to master new technologies at the speed of innovation. Autonomous Orchestrator: Independently navigate competing priorities and complex initiatives, thriving in an environment where you create the structure. The Blueprint: A Bachelor’s degree is required; we have a strong preference for current or former classroom educators. The Background: 1-2 years of professional training experience or equivalent pedagogical background.
