Description To lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns by leveraging automation tools, data analytics, and MarTech platforms. Responsibilities As the Campaign Operations & Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and digital channels, ensuring timely rollouts in collaboration with creative, product, and digital teams. You will build and optimize automated customer journeys using platforms like WebEngage, MoEngage, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while maintaining the marketing tech stack for efficiency and reliability. Your role includes creating dynamic audience segments for personalized targeting, running A/B tests to optimize performance, and generating actionable insights through dashboards and reports. You will ensure compliance with data policies, maintain clean databases, and support cross-functional teams with campaign alignment and execution insights. Staying ahead of trends, you’ll also introduce innovative tools and formats to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree or certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Marketing Technology (MarTech) is preferred. Min Exp: 4 years Max Exp: 6 years
