    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Growing Part 135 Charter Operation in Georgetown, SC</strong> is seeking a full-time <strong>Pilatus PC-12 Pilot</strong> in Command with solid experience in PC-12. We offer a very competitive salary and benefits package and are located near the beautiful town of Charleston, SC. Must live or be willing to relocate to within a 1.0-hour drive of the Georgetown County Airport in SC (KGGE).&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Selected pilot will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of all on-demand charter flights under FAA regulations. Duties include conducting pre-flight planning, weather and performance analysis, aircraft inspections, and ensuring proper weight and balance. The pilot maintains strict adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements while delivering a high level of customer service to passengers.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsibilities also include accurate recordkeeping, coordination with management and maintenance, and sound aeronautical decision-making in dynamic conditions. The role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage risk while prioritizing safety, reliability, and client satisfaction on every flight.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Currently meets FAA Standards to serve as a qualified IFR Part 135 Pilot in Command (PIC).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Airline Transport Pilot (ATP)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum 2000 total hours</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum 250 hours PIC in the PC-12</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Current 2nd Class Medical.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">IFR proficiency and currency.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Current U.S. Passport.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift to 75 lbs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to pass:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>DOT Drug Testing Program (initial and random).</li><li>Criminal background check.</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent Crew Resource Management (CRM), and Communication skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Free of any documented flight violations, mishaps or incidents in the past 5 years.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be a self-motivated team player with a safety-first attitude.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Willingness to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>PREFERRED</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Recent Part 135 experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Initial or Recurrent 142 training in the PC-12 legacy or NG aircraft within the last 12 months.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous military experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Flight Instructor Experience.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Benefits Include:&nbsp;</strong>Paid PTO, 401(K) Plan with Employer Match, Full Health Insurance (medical, dental, and vision), Flexible Spending Accounts (Health and Dependent Care), Holiday Schedule and more.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This company, its subsidiaries, and joint ventures will provide equal employment opportunities to all persons and prohibits employment decisions based on race, religion, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, disabling condition, political affiliation, protected veteran&rsquo;s status, or sexual orientation.
