    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\">Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Director, our Maintenance Assistant oversees the Community safety program and maintains a secure resident home and working environment in compliance with policy and regulations</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\">Sustains a preventative maintenance program to maintain proper functioning of all Community equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\">Completes all maintenance requests, both scheduled and emergency, quickly and efficiently</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\">Mechanically repair, replace, and/or install minor equipment, hardware, and controls.
