    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span> Recent Coaching experience within the last 1-5 years with K-12 athletes <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">or</span> willingness to participate in professional development if new to coaching.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reports to:</span> Athletic Director</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Time frame:</span>  Seasonal during the 2026-2027 Academic Year<br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 14px\">The Hamlin Athletic Department is seasonally interested in recruiting coaches for Volleyball, Basketball, Track, Cross Country, Running Club and Soccer who are enthusiastic and possess a solid understanding of the basic skills of their sport.  Prior coaching experience is preferred but not required.  Practices are generally held after school between the hours of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">3:30 - 5:00pm</span> and games are dependent on league scheduling.  Generally there is no more than a 2 day a week commitment during the sport's season; see below for possible 3rd day. We do not hold weekend games. </span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Hamlin Athletic Department is excited for the use of our recently built<em> full-sized gym</em>. </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 14px\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 14px; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Seasons are as follows:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\"><em>Currently Hiring for Fall </em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fall (August to November)</span>  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">Grade 5 Volleyball Coaches: 1 day per week practice. No more than 2 day per week commitment with a game. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">Varsity/JV Volleyball Coaches: 1 or 2 day per week practice. No more than 2 or 3 day per week commitment with game<span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">Grade 6 Volleyball Coaches: 1 or 2 day per week practice.
