Well look no further than a2b Fulfillment!</p><p>a2b Fulfillment is a fast-growing, third-party provider of distribution support services, including Order Fulfillment, Contact Center Solutions, and a vast array of Value-Added services. We are currently recruiting for the position of Material Handler for our <strong>Ogden, UT</strong> location.&nbsp;</p><p><strong data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">All candidates must satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screening.</span></strong></p><p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p><p>The Material Handler is responsible for using forklift equipment (or similar machinery) to offload incoming shipments, load outgoing shipments, put away inventory and replenish inventory by keeping track of tasks in a Warehouse Management System.</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&nbsp;</span><strong data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">All candidates must satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screening.</span></strong></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots in pallet racking using forklifts</li><li>Identify product to be selected, sorted and placed</li><li>Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement</li><li>Properly enter assigned product for each shift into the system</li><li>Maintain a quality of work that limits mispicks, shorts and damages</li><li>Ensure that aisles and racks are clean and organized, and that all empty pallets are in designated areas</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Forklift Operator experience: 1 year (Required)<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Standup, Sit-down and Cherry Picker Forklift experience (Preferred)</li></ul></li><li>Receiving experience (preferred)</li></ul><ul><li>Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions</li><li>Comply effectively with company work and safety rules.</li><li>Continually meet assigned production standards.</li><li>Trained and certified to operate any required equipment.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge</li><li>Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division</li><li>Able to stand, sit, kneel, bend for extended amount of time</li><li>Work at a quick pace</li><li>Must have ability to lift or move at least 40lbs</li><li>Must be able to work independently and as a team</li><li>Self-directed and self-motivated</li><li>Comply with company attendance policies</li><li>Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations</li><li>Be at least 18 years old</li></ul><p><strong>JOB TYPE</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time, Non-Exempt, Hourly</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul><p><strong>WORK AUTHORIZATION</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>United States (Required)</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability, supplemental benefits, 401K, holiday pay, personal and paid time-off.&nbsp;</li><li>Employee Events</li><li>Great Culture</li><li>a2b Fulfillment is actively involved in giving back to our community.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>All candidates must satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screening.</strong></p><p><em>A2b Fulfillment is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
