    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 8pt; font-weight: bold\">JOB DESCRIPTION<span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">: </span></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">We are looking for a highly qualified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide patient assessment and diagnosis, formulate treatment plans, prescribe medications, order laboratory test, interpret test results, and provide patient education. Prepare medical records and refer patients for inpatient care in accordance with statues, regulations and protocols regulating the profession.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 8pt\">PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Responsible for providing inpatient care to patients showing a change in mental status, chronic or urgent medical condition.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work independently with other member of the medical team, with entitlements to specific clinical privileges approve by the Medical Executive Board.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Perform patients’ histories and physicals, risk factor assessment, ordering of therapeutic and diagnostic tests; and attend consultations and appointments.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prescribe medications following the clinic’s policy, formulary and relevant regulations of the State.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Consult with physicians on cases that are beyond the scope of qualifications of PsycNP.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Offering counseling or psychotherapy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Put all relevant patient data in medical records and case presentations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Formulate, execute and review healthcare education delivered to patients and families for diseases prevention.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure smooth communication with other health professionals for effective delivering of clinic service to patients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
