You will be provided a monthly stipend for the needed cell phone use to perform your job</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>As <strong>Maintenance Technician</strong>, you are responsible for all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community. You will perform services needed for HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments. A strong candidate is one with a high degree of accountability and ownership, excellent time management skills and internal and external customer service. #mc</p>",
