You will work closely with a Project Director, be mentored by senior leadership, and play a pivotal role in building Canada’s advanced nuclear materials research capacity.&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Lead project delivery using Chandos systems (Production System,&#xa0;PxP, Quality Management, Safety Program).&#xa0;</li><li>Manage procurement, subtrade buy‑out, contracts, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing.&#xa0;</li><li>Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ensure milestones and net margin targets are met.&#xa0;</li><li>Direct and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and grit.&#xa0;</li><li>Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders.&#xa0;</li><li>Reinforce Chandos’ safety culture through inspections, compliance, and proactive risk management.&#xa0;</li><li>Support business development by leveraging client relationships and identifying new opportunities.&#xa0;</li><li>Contribute to project close‑out, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
