Assist in all facets of the assembly and manufacturing of commercial and industrial HVAC heat exchangers. This role is located at <strong>45 Sutton Rd., Verona, VA</strong> and will be fully on-site. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Starting Pay: </strong>$21.00 per hour, with compensation adjusted based on experience and qualifications.</p>\n<p><strong>Shift Schedule: </strong>Monday - Thursday |6:00am-4:30pm</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Performance Evaluation at 90 days and 6 months with the potential for a $.50 increase after each evaluation. </em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Production Assembler Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Read, interpret, understand and work from mechanical prints, schematics, bills of material, routing sheets, and other written, electronic or verbal instructions.</li>\n <li>Work with a variety of raw and synthetic materials, processes, safety and quality assurance.</li>\n <li>Operate various tools and equipment to assemble, paint, braze, test, handle, manipulate and move components, assemblies and final product.</li>\n <li>Use measuring and testing devices as well as visual inspection to ensure quality of product and conformity of prints, work instructions and standards.</li>\n <li>Maintain required miscellaneous records.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Production Assemblers Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years of previous experience in an industrial environment preferred.</li>\n <li>Power industrial Truck license and usage will be required.</li>\n <li>Perform work in various physical positions including standing, kneeling, bending, stooping, reaching and may frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Performing work in a medium industrial setting with exposure to heat, cold, humidity, industrial odors, fumes, gases, chemicals, oil, grease, smoke, dust, noise, vibration, climbing ladders/stairs and working in cramped quarters.</li>\n <li>Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) requirement, including hearing protection, safety eyewear, safety footwear, face shield, and respirator if required.</li>\n <li>Close vision, distant vision, color vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus and hand-eye coordination.</li>\n <li>Steadiness of arms and hands and make coordinated movements.</li>\n <li>Ability to read text, process and understand its meaning.</li>\n <li>Able to gather and retrieve information effectively.</li>\n <li>Mechanical knowledge of machines/tools and their uses and maintenance.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Joining Wieland’s team gives you…</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Benefits</strong> - Including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life & more!</li>\n <li><strong>Steel toed Boot Reimbursement  </strong></li>\n <li><strong>Retirement Savings</strong> - 401(k) contribution + match.</li>\n <li><strong>Work/Life Balance</strong> - Paid Vacation & Holidays.</li>\n <li><strong>Growth Opportunities</strong> - We have over 9,000+ employees worldwide and 40+ locations in North America alone.
