    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Job Summary</u></strong></p><p>The HV Process Technician is responsible for hands-on assembly, debugging, verification and maintaining all manufacturing process equipment and systems.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Hands-on individual contributor role responsible for the successful assembly and building of products to meet customer requirements and expectations.</li><li>Perform basic, routine manufacturing process operations such as monitoring of dispensing of raw materials, line clearances, basic analytics.</li><li>Maintain machine uptime, perform any fault clearing and clear stoppages on automated equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot and identify potential solutions for mechanical errors, safety issues or general operating inefficiencies within the production processes.</li><li>Use human machine interfaces (HMIs) to identify alarms and correct line stoppages.</li><li>Report issues encountered to the Manufacturing supervisor to eliminate future production problems.&nbsp;</li><li>Carries out equipment inspections and generates emergency, corrective, or preventative work orders as needed in the Work Order CMMS system.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance/maintenance activities to support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).</li><li>Identify and support continuous improvement projects (e.g., cost reduction, efficiency improvements, etc.).</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to help drive improvement opportunities.</li><li>Assist and support Maintenance with troubleshooting and repairing of all manufacturing equipment.</li><li>Assist Controls Engineers with the troubleshooting and repairing of all manufacturing equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in the review of documentation for assigned areas (i.e. procedures, job plans, logs, area audits and other records as needed).</li><li>Participate when required in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and work instruction reviews.</li><li>Data entry into Plex and multiple platforms.</li><li>Assist with specification development for machinery and equipment.</li><li>Support other Manufacturing and Engineering areas as required.</li><li>Assist as training resource on manufacturing tasks and equipment use.</li><li>Oversight of equipment/process validation protocols independently.</li><li>Support weekend and off-shift work as required.</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean working environment.</li><li>Adhere to and support compliance with ergonomic guidelines.</li><li>Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and protocols.&nbsp;</li><li>Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.</li><li>Adhere to federal and state regulations.</li><li>Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.&nbsp;</li><li>Predictable and reliable attendance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Position Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>A high school diploma or GED is required.</li><li>Associates degree or college studies in a related field (mechanical or electrical engineering, etc.)&nbsp;or prior experience in high voltage/electrical component handling/battery manufacturing is preferred.</li><li>Minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing experience required.</li><li>Minimum of two (2) years of ABS manufacturing experience preferred.</li><li>Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills.</li><li>Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and prints.</li><li>Ability to use test &amp; measurement equipment such as multimeters, calipers, micrometers, etc.</li><li>Advanced mechanical aptitude.</li><li>Experience with PLCs, VFDs and Electrical Control systems.</li><li>Working knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to work in a flexible team environment.</li><li>Working knowledge in Microsoft Word/Excel/SharePoint is preferred.</li><li>Must be available to work various shift schedules; may need to work overtime.</li><li>Ability to travel domestically as required.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Key Competencies</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Working Safely:</strong> Creates a generative safety culture.
