You are hard-working, detail-oriented, professional, friendly, and efficient. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the community housekeeping programs to ensure that areas of the community are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner for our residents and guests.&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Develop schedules for the housekeeping team</li><li>Communicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members</li><li>Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies ensuring the safety of the community</li><li>Coordinate cleaning of rent ready and move in ready apartments</li><li>Train new and existing staff in community and state required policies and procedures</li><li>Responsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping team</li></ul>",
