This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to contribute to our Global CDO team and showcase their ability to muti-task. </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 156, 221); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis and experiments for active pharmaceutical ingredients and pharmaceutical products as per project requirements</li>\n<li>Assist in the development of new products and processes as per compliance and regulatory requirements</li>\n<li>Assist with the technology transfer (methods and products) from Argenta Research into Argenta Manufacturing</li>\n<li>Support the Research &amp; Development efforts of the company by providing scientific and technical support for the development of new products.</li>\n<li>Create and maintain activity plans for assigned projects</li>\n<li>Generate, document and review technical data for internal reports, client reports and CMC regulatory support documents.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 156, 221); text-decoration: underline\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 156, 221); text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About You</span></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 156, 221); text-decoration: underline\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in science related field</span></li>\n<li>Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry, animal health industry or related field preferred</li>\n<li>Previous experience in analytical pharmaceutical development preferred</li>\n<li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects and able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities</li>\n<li>Ability to work with outside customers and clients</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 156, 221); text-decoration: underline\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 156, 221); text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Join Argenta?</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">At Argenta, we are building a culture of ownership where our people play a direct role in shaping the future of the organization.
