This role ensures exceptional customer and client satisfaction while driving operational excellence, safety, and financial performance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As the <strong>Food Service Manager 3</strong>, you will lead daily dining hall operations, support multiple service concepts, and serve as a key partner to the General Manager and Executive Chef. You will champion Sodexo standards, foster a positive and engaged team culture, and contribute to overall account profitability through strong execution and effective use of Sodexo programs and systems.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Maintain and develop strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and partnership.</p></li>\n <li><p>Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assign, prioritize, and delegate work activities while monitoring operating standards and performance.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure a safe and compliant work environment through strong safety and sanitation practices.</p></li>\n <li><p>Utilize Sodexo resources, programs, and systems to meet regulatory requirements and support operational excellence.</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage, coach, and develop employees by providing clear, positive, and constructive feedback.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support revenue growth and operating profit through effective execution of Sodexo programs and service strategies.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
