    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>About the Role</strong></span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Provide leadership in designing and implementing a solution architecture for the end customer in the L&amp;A space</span></li>\n <li><span>Guide a team of software specialists/ engineers for creation/ implementing a solution architecture</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><u>Solution Architect</u></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Enable customer to fulfil the stated project objectives</span></li>\n <li><span>Lead solutioning of the product implementation</span></li>\n <li><span>Support execution of project from solutioning and technology perspective</span></li>\n <li><span>Prepare and Review estimations</span></li>\n <li><span>Support QC</span></li>\n <li><span>Performance tuning of product/ application&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><u>Estimator</u></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Estimating the ballpark effort required to design a solution</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><u>Mentor</u></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Mentor junior resources on the solution aspects and bring them up to speed</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span><strong>15+ years of experience</strong>&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Preferred L&amp;A Insurance domain knowledge (Policy Admin System) the North American market</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience in UML based analysis and design using tools</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience in understanding business rules and workflow engines</span></li>\n <li><span>Design &amp; Development experience with object-oriented programming - JAVA technology stack,</span></li>\n <li><span>Should have knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, JMS, HTML 5 and Interface integration frameworks. etc.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience in both high level as well as low level design and should have authored both High level as well as Low level design documents.</span></li>\n <li><span>Lead Requirements sessions to understand customer’s business processes</span></li>\n <li><span>Understand and use frameworks to design and review solutions for functional and non-functional requirements</span></li>\n <li><span>Guiding a team of software specialists / engineers for the creation / implementation of solution architecture for a product/application in the L&amp;A insurance Project</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience in any database with clear understanding of RDBMS concepts</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficiency in design frameworks</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience using AI-assisted development and analysis tools (for example, code generation, test automation, and quality/performance optimization) in enterprise Java projects.</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficiency in automation tools</span></li>\n <li><span>Understanding of Agile methodologies like SCRUM, CI, Automation testing etc.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Education Qualification:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Bachelor of Technology/ Master of Computer Application</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Nice to Have</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Insurance industry experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Why Join Us</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>At Majesco, we believe in connecting people and businesses to insurance in ways that are Innovative, Hyper-Relevant, Compelling, and Personal.
