Intertek onshore and offshore surveying services help customers meet engineering, construction and asset record challenges.</i></p>\n<p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p>\n<p>The Dimensional Control Surveyor will work within a Surveying team to perform onsite Dimensional Control Surveying and Laser Scanning. &nbsp;This position will travel at least 50 % of the time, to Client Sites.</p>\n<p><strong>Shift/Schedule: &nbsp;8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mon thru Fri, with occasional OT</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits Information:</strong></p>\n<p>In addition to competitive compensation packages, when working with Intertek you can expect benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with company match, generous vacation / sick time (PTO), tuition reimbursement and more.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>What You'll Do:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate effectively within a survey team with minimum supervision.</li>\n <li>Carry&nbsp;out a minimum of 75% of all aspects of Dimensional Control and Laser Scanning (as required within general survey work activities).</li>\n <li>Prepare survey drawings and reports&nbsp;using Auto-Cad, Excel, and Word.</li>\n <li>Train and assess trainee personnel.</li>\n <li>Perform and check piping spool surveys.</li>\n <li>Direct/perform simple DC surveys and projects.</li>\n <li>Liaise with client representatives and drafts / check simple project final reports.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details. The position assumes that the incumbent has both the mental and physical requirements to carry out the above defined duties.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.</li>\n <li>3 years of survey experience is required.</li>\n <li>Experience&nbsp;with various forms of survey technology including Topography, GPS, Laser Scanning, and 3-D Calculation and Drawing software is required.</li>\n <li>Mid-level knowledge of Survey calculation software, AutoCAD, Excel, and Word is required.</li>\n <li>Ability to execute most tasks including surveying, calculations, drawings, and related survey reports is required.</li>\n <li>Stakeout Experience</li>\n <li>Competency with operating a Total Station</li>\n <li>Must be prepared to travel.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Undergraduate certificate in Geomatics/Surveying</li>\n <li>Dimensional control experience</li>\n <li>Laser scanning experience</li>\n <li>Offshore Survival training</li>\n <li>TWIC Card</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Intertek: Total Quality.
