    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Drilling Performance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining drilling applications to improve drilling performance and/or reduce negative implications causing damage to string, and wellbore. For our software to work appropriately, we need high-caliber personnel to ensure the inputs maintain high quality standards.</p>\n<p><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work closely with the global support team and customers to ensure the successful delivery of NOV’s latest digital drilling services.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure solution quality by performing detailed reviews of solution outputs, ensuring they meet the required standards.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Put yourself in the customer’s shoes to continuously monitor and evaluate the solutions, ensuring everything is in place for optimal performance.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage escalations both internally within the organization and externally to customers, ensuring timely resolution.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Create detailed, suggest product improvements and more as part of this role.</p>\n<p><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Four-year degree in petroleum related science and/or engineering.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience on the rig, preferably in roles such as driller, MWD/LWD, or Mudlogging.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High competency in using data analytics and digital solutions.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Comprehensive understanding of the drilling process, including optimization techniques.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in utilizing software applications for real-time monitoring and analysis of drilling operations and having a high competency in using data and digital solutions. &nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High competency in leveraging data and digital solutions to enhance drilling efficiency.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong spoken and written English is essential.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with ticketing and task management applications.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent computer skills, especially with Windows and Office365 products, are essential.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be a team player and work well in a team or solo when required.<br>\n &nbsp;</p>",
