Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</span></p>\n<p><span>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Application Development Manager to join our ASE team. This role is in Pune.</span></p>\n<p><span>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Should enjoy quick prototyping, implementing cloud-ready services, building tools to improve end to end application – develop a strong connect with all stakeholders and testing team&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience of working in services tool sets &amp; programming languages – Node, GraphQL, Hazelcast&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide superior software development services in a fast-paced and innovative working environment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Implement structured logging using SLF4J and Log4j and integrate with monitoring tools and logging aggregators (e.g., Splunk, ELK).</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure data integrity and business logic correctness when integrating with Oracle and relational databases.</span></li>\n <li><span>Collaborate with DevOps engineers to define and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, ensuring smooth and secure build, test, and deployment workflows.</span></li>\n <li><span>Work with internal business groups on implementation opportunities, challenges, and requirements.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Analyze information and provide recommendations to address and resolve business and technical issues. Actively participate in team discussions, provide guidance and expert opinion on the subject matter.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinate coding, unit testing, implementation and documentation of solution.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Comply with BNY standard development methodology</span><br><br>\n   &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Bachelor's degree or equivalent&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Minimum 10 years of expertise into Application Development</span></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Highly proficient in Core Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, Spring Framework, design patterns,&nbsp;</span></p>\n  <p><span>Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Angular etc.</span></p></li>\n <li><span>Added advantage if candidate has proficiency in Apache Spark, Kafka.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with SLF4J, Log4j, and log aggregation tools.</span></li>\n <li><span>Familiarity with Oracle and SQL-based data access, schema design, and data integrity strategies.</span></li>\n <li><span>Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD principles using GitLab CI, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code.</span></li>\n <li><span>Must have thorough and demonstrative knowledge on or both the user-side frontend of a website, as well as the backend, server-side that powers the user-side.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Additional requirements include intermediate understanding of security principles, relational databases and architecture design principles.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Provides comprehensive senior-level technical consulting to IT management and senior technical staffs. Evaluates compliance with the organization's technology standards. Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Analyze, design and develop tests and test-automation suites.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to satisfy requirements and solutions. Maintain software functionality and currency (technical debt and gain).
