The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in performing these installations in a cost-effective, efficient, and productive manner while maintaining a commitment to safety and quality standards.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Installation of Conduit Systems: Perform the installation of conduit systems for fiber optic infrastructure, ensuring all installations meet regulatory standards and customer requirements.</li><li>Project Execution: Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of projects within the scope and specifications provided.</li><li>Efficiency and Productivity: Strive to achieve optimal productivity while minimizing material waste, ensuring projects are completed on time.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Follow company guidelines and industry best practices to deliver the highest quality service, ensuring system reliability and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and practices to maintain a safe working environment and prevent workplace accidents.</li><li>Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with customers, addressing any questions or concerns related to installations and providing excellent service at all times.</li><li>Equipment and Tools Management: Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and longevity.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>Education and Experience:</p><ul><li>No prior experience is necessary, however, any demonstrated interest or aptitude for hands-on work, physical work, or working with cable or electrical components is preferred.</li><li>Outside Plant or Landscaping experience is also highly preferred.</li><li>Must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a criminal background check.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Skills and Competencies:</p><ul><li>Regular travel is required for this position.</li><li>Ability to work well with others as part of a team.</li><li>Must be computer proficient.</li><li>Positive, can-do attitude.</li><li>Willingness and desire to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality results.</li><li>Equipment operating experience preferred.</li><li>Possess good time management skills.</li><li>Willing to train, accept feedback, and learn the job according to i3 Broadband standards.</li><li>Must be available to work occasional overtime and some weekends.</li><li>Must have a valid driver&#39;s license.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Working Conditions:</p><ul><li>Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).</li><li>Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, and kneeling for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to climb ladders, enter confined spaces, and work at heights if required.</li><li>Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and construction machinery safely.</li><li>Visual and auditory ability to detect hazards, read diagrams, and follow instructions.</li><li>Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, vests, and safety glasses.</li><li>Must be able to carry and lift up to 75 pounds.</li></ul><h2>&nbsp;</h2><h2>Equal Opportunity:</h2><p>i3 Broadband is an equal-opportunity workplace that respects the diversity of our customer base and our team.
