          "text": "<p>Under the direction of the Plant Manager, leads daily manufacturing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and builds a high-performing team. This role is responsible for overseeing plant performance, driving continuous improvement, and partnering with cross-functional teams to meet production, safety, and business objectives.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead all aspects of plant operations to meet safety, quality, and production targets.</li><li>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive operational efficiency initiatives.</li><li>Oversee plant projects, maintenance activities, and process improvements.</li><li>Collaborate with sales and support teams to align production with business needs.</li><li>Drive and model full compliance with all safety, environmental, food safety, GMP, and HACCP standards.</li><li>Enforce company policies and regulatory requirements across all plant activities.</li><li>Monitor plant conditions and proactively address risks to ensure a safe work environment.</li><li>Review and approve accounting practices, including accounts payable processes.</li><li>Ensure proper cost control and alignment with operational budgets.</li><li>Maintain compliance with internal financial procedures.</li><li>Lead full-cycle talent management, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all labor laws and hiring regulations.</li><li>Build, develop, and retain a strong operations team through training and career development.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that drives engagement and accountability.</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.</li></ul>",
