Incumbent will perform tire installation, lube, and automotive repairs, conduct vehicle inspections for mechanical services, and perform scheduled maintenance. The Automotive Technician will assist with the drop-off and pick-up of vehicles. Automotive Technician will supervise Automotive Technicians to ensure daily tasks are performed correctly and completed in a timely manner.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Functions.</strong> An individual in this role must be able to perform the following functions with or without reasonable accommodation:</p><p>• Perform assigned vehicle maintenance in accordance with dealer and manufacturer standards.</p><p>• Complete routine and minor maintenance services, including oil and filter changes.</p><p>• Conduct full vehicle maintenance inspections, including tires, brakes, and fluid levels.</p><p>• Perform visual safety and courtesy inspections.</p><p>• Mount, balance, and rotate tires.</p><p>• Replace batteries, bulbs, belts, and hoses as needed.</p><p>• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment.</p><p>• Complete general shop maintenance tasks as needed.</p><p>• Oversee and coordinate the daily work of Automotive Technicians.</p><p>• Perform other duties as assigned.</p><p><br></p>",
