font-size: 10pt\">Leads a team of Product Managers for a group of products which maximize product profitability and business performance and enhance customer experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coaches and manages their team to deliver a high level of performance and execution towards business objectives. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrates a deep knowledge of product management principles and domain knowledge across all product management disciplines </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Supports a strong product culture and evangelizes product management practices throughout the organization. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Acts as a key contributor to the overall product strategy and leads their team in setting and aligning the product roadmap. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develops strong understanding of market and customer needs. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborates with internal teams on competitive positioning and market development. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Acts as the authoritative owner for their group product scope. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Communicates and presents opportunities, rationale, and solutions to all levels of the organization, including executive audiences. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Acts on behalf of their team to convey and gain leadership buy-in. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Explores new practices and works to improve team-wide processes that benefits the product teams as a whole.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong experience in leading cross functional product teams that includes engineering and design in order to define, build, and maintain products which are critical to growth, engagement and retention.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience in managing groups of product managers that represent numerous product offerings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Exposure to products that serve multiple markets (geographies).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience influencing across domains and cross functional teams to deliver business objectives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience with products that use externally-consumable APIs, identity management, and security-related features.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Has experience of performing well in large, rapidly expanding organizations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">A technical background which enables you to contribute meaningfully to projects intended to improve product performance, stability, and maintainability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">A strong understanding of business and finance which enables you to contribute meaningfully to the commercial success of your group of products.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent communication, writing, speaking and presentation skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong management skills, including mentoring, training and professional development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
