You build trust and credibility across diverse teams and stakeholders, communicate with clarity and confidence, and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance while navigating both strategic priorities and real-time operational challenges with agility and professionalism.</p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li>Leads and develops a diverse workforce, overseeing staffing, scheduling, performance management, and labor relations while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a complex, unionized environment.</li><li>Ensures safe, secure, and fully compliant airport operations by upholding FAA Part 139 standards, including airfield inspections, certification readiness, and coordination with FAA and internal stakeholders to promptly address deficiencies and maintain regulatory compliance.</li><li>Directs and coordinates critical airfield operations and emergency response efforts, including incident command, disaster preparedness, snow operations, construction coordination, and real-time operational decision-making to maintain safety and continuity.</li><li>Partners with internal departments, external agencies, and industry organizations to advance safety management systems, optimize airfield and gate operations, support strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in operational performance and customer service.</li></ul><p><strong>What you offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in aviation science, business administration requires or equivalent professional experience in major international airport environment required.
