    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Neonatologist Leadership Opportunity in California's Inland Empire</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Seeking a 4th BC Neonatologist </strong>to join our team at St. Bernardine Medical Center and Community Hospital of San Bernardino in <strong>San Bernardino, CA.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>St. Bernadine Medical Center:</strong> 2,100 deliveries annually and a <strong>Level III NICU</strong> with an average daily census of 7.</li>\n <li><strong>Community Hospital of San Bernardino</strong>: <em><strong>Leadership Opportunity</strong></em>: 1,500 deliveries annually and a <strong>Level II NICU (soon to become a Level III)</strong> with an average daily census of 3 - 5.</li>\n <li>Pediatric subspecialists include cardiology, ophthalmology, telehealth neurology and MFM support.</li>\n <li>Services provided include <strong>conventional and high frequency ventilation</strong>.</li>\n <li><strong>Call coverage is from home</strong> and offers a great work/life balance.</li>\n <li>The practice has an active CQI program.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About the Area</strong></p>\n<p>Located in Southern California’s Inland Empire region, San Bernardino, the second largest city in the Inland Empire, is an <strong>affordable Los Angeles suburb</strong> with year-round outdoor recreation, a low cost of living, and fun things to do for every lifestyle. And not only is<strong> San Bernardino the gateway to Southern California,</strong> but it’s also the gateway to<strong> the San Bernardino Mountains as well as Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Lake.</strong> You can quickly leave the city behind to enjoy the outdoors.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>BC Neonatologist</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Benefits and Compensation</h2>\n<p>Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Team members who meet the plan’s minimum age requirement can enroll in the plan at any time, and contributions will begin as soon as administratively possible.  </p>\n<p>Team Members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.  </p>\n<p><strong>Paid Sick Leave</strong>: </p>\n<p>Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 40 hours or five days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible.
