We are relentless in delivering the highest levels of services to provide tangible value and create sustainable results for our clients.</em></p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Senior Senior Position Classification Specialist will provide advisory and consultative services to supervisors and managers regarding federal position classification and position management.</p>\n<p><strong>Note** This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide advisory and consultative services to supervisors and managers regarding federal position classification and position management.</li>\n <li>Develop position descriptions, reviewing existing position descriptions for accuracy, equity, and recertification</li>\n <li>Determine the appropriate position title, occupational series, and grade.</li>\n <li>Develop evaluation statements and narrative justifications to support classification determinations.</li>\n <li>Analyze classification actions to ensure they are compliant with Office of Personnel Management (OPM) classification standards, guides, and 29 regulations.</li>\n <li>Determine bargaining unit status codes, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and preparing OPM OF-8 form and other relevant PD attachments. </li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of seven years of experience providing advisory and consultative services to supervisors and managers regarding federal position classification and position management.</li>\n <li>Public Trust Clearance</li>\n <li>Demonstrated knowledge and expertise with Federal position classification</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with staff and the public as well as be persuasive when defending position determinations.</li>\n</ul>",
