The Lead Scrum Master applies a broad technical knowledge of the Agile methodology to manage the scrum process with geographically dispersed teams to deliver exceptional standards in product quality and timely, predictable delivery of projects. The Lead Scrum Master oversees cross functional coordination and communication, requirements traceability, release management, test case management, and defect tracking concerns to keep delivery on track.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Your Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead Agile execution using Scrum principles, ensuring effective ceremonies, backlog health, and continuous delivery improvement.</li>\n <li>Coach Product Owner and squad on prioritization, user story refinement, and aligning work with product vision.</li>\n <li>Facilitate collaboration across squads (Scrum of Scrums) to manage dependencies, priorities, and timelines.</li>\n <li>Provide role-based coaching (PO, QA, Dev) and foster a safe, engaged, and high-performing team environment.</li>\n <li>Identify and resolve team conflicts, impediments, and risks while promoting continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Support release planning and coordinate code movement across development, testing, UAT, and production environments.</li>\n <li>Drive project delivery through effective planning, resource coordination, and execution within scope, budget, and timelines.</li>\n <li>Act as a servant leader and change agent, promoting team accountability, sustainable delivery, and a culture of feedback and innovation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i><strong>**NOTE:&nbsp; The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **</strong></i></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 6 years of related experience</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Talents Needed for Success:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in Agile Development, with Scrum Master (or similar) experience</li>\n <li>Previous software development lifecycle experience</li>\n <li>Scrum Master certification a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><i>The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
