    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Opportunity:  Barista</strong></p>\n<p>Provide quality barista services in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your Growth Path</strong></p>\n<p>Head Barista– Host or Hostess – Guest Service Agent</p>\n<p><strong>Your Focus</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Take coffee, beverage and food orders, input orders into POS system, collect payment and prepare orders.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Bus coffee cart areas and tables.</li>\n <li>Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas.</li>\n <li>Ensure that appliances are turned on/off at the appropriate times.</li>\n <li>Stock and maintain work areas.</li>\n <li>Take orders, input orders into POS system, collect payment and prepare orders.</li>\n <li>Clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables and equipment throughout the day.</li>\n <li>Obtain change required for expected business level.
