You will be working with a wide variety of genres — from breathtaking landscapes and macro shots to street photography, portraits, and wildlife. Your main task will be to deliver high-quality, natural-looking results using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Luminar</span> and processing RAW files.<br><br>Required experience:<br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 6 months of professional retouching experience</li>\n<li>MacBook with an M1 chip (or newer) or a Windows laptop with equivalent performance is a must for optimal software performance<br></li>\n<li>Active PE (Individual Entrepreneur Group 3) status is required for contracting</li>\n<li>Deep understanding of RAW processing</li>\n<li>Ability to achieve a specific visual result and, more importantly, clearly describe your workflow step-by-step</li>\n<li>A strong eye for detail and a commitment to natural-looking retouching (avoiding over-processed looks)<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Key responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process a diverse range of photography: landscapes, street, portraits, macro, nature, and animals</li>\n<li>Work with a pre-agreed monthly volume of photos</li>\n<li>Maintain consistency and high quality across different genres</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>What to expect when you apply</p>\n<ul>\n<li>An interview with our Talent Acquisition Manager</li>\n<li>Test task to show your skills</li>\n<li>Management interview</li>\n<li>And finally, your job offer!<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">A small but important note:</span> We want to assure all candidates that communication within our team (including interviews, onboarding, and day-to-day work) is conducted in Ukrainian 🇺🇦</p>",
