      "content": "\n<li>Support planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of joint and strategic-level exercises and collective training events.</li>\n<li>Provide subject matter expertise supporting strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, global strike, missile threat assessment, and related operational mission areas.</li>\n<li>Assist with development, administration, and execution of scenario-based collective training modules and operational exercise events.</li>\n<li>Support exercise planning, operational synchronization, mission execution, and battle staff integration activities.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with exercise planners, operational staffs, intelligence personnel, and mission partners to support operational realism and exercise objectives.</li>\n<li>Support development of operational scenarios, exercise injects, training products, and mission execution materials.</li>\n<li>Assist with operational integration between national-level decision making and unit-level mission execution activities.</li>\n<li>Participate in planning conferences, rehearsals, after-action reviews, and lessons learned activities.<br>Support continuous improvement of collective training processes, operational readiness, and exercise effectiveness.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Demonstrated understanding of USSTRATCOM-assigned Unified Command Plan (UCP) mission sets, CJCS and USSTRATCOM</li>\n<li>Emergency Action Procedures (EAP), and end-to-end operational processes from national-level decision making through unit-level execution.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting development, administration, and execution of scenario-based training modules.</li>\n<li>Operational experience supporting a Combatant Command, Joint Staff, Service MAJCOM, command center, battle staff, or operational planning environment.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, global strike, nuclear force planning, missile threat assessment, or related operational mission areas preferred.</li>\n<li>Ability to communicate authoritatively on joint collective training development and execution activities.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting operational planning teams, intelligence activities, or strategic-level exercise operations preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical, operational planning, communication, and coordination skills.</li>\n<li>Active TS/SCI clearance required.</li>\n"
