are required. </span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;\">Experience developing soft skills and leadership training programs required.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;\">Knowledge of training employees with physical and mental health disability conditions is preferred. </span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;\">Effective written, verbal and presentation skills are required.  </span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;\">Possess the ability to collaborate with various departments to assess
