    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Under the supervision of the Supplier Quality Manager, the Supplier Quality Engineer works closely with other functional areas to both manage and improve MPE supplier quality.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Executes supplier audits, performance monitoring, and incoming quality controls in compliance with ISO 13485 and quality system requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist purchasing, fabrication, powder coating, and assembly in the disposition of internally rejected parts and/or products.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead supplier nonconformance investigations and corrective actions (SCAR/CAPA), including verification of effectiveness and timely closure.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create and manage MPE supplier quality scorecards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct audits on MPE suppliers &ndash; including both QMS and process audits.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Execute first article inspections and part production approval process (PPAP) on supplied parts and materials.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Implement and maintain receiving inspection plans based on risk and change control processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Execute incoming receiving inspection on MPE purchased materials .</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct internal audits per the MPE internal audit schedule.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in maintaining supplier qualification status and ongoing performance data.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage and assess supplier change notifications for impact to MPE products.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Engage MPE suppliers on quality improvement projects.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Education</u></strong><strong><u>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelors degree in relevant field is preferred&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Experience and/or Training</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">15+ years of manufacturing experience, preferable with sheet metal/fabrication, powder coating, and assembly processes preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience working with suppliers and customers is preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Six Sigma and ISO quality management system experience is preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience using calipers, height gages, Romer Arms, CMM&rsquo;s, Microview devices, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">FDA Experience desired</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Fast paced environment</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Physical and Mental Demands</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Continuous:&nbsp;Hearing, seeing, communication, computer use, comprehension, reasoning, decision-making, analysis, math</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Occasional: Lifting&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div></div></div>\n",
