    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>Green Leaf Productions is seeking a few <strong>Studio Camera Operators</strong> with solid experience in the <strong>film or television industry</strong> to support our in-studio productions. The ideal candidates are skilled at operating professional broadcast and cinema cameras in a controlled studio environment and understands how to capture dynamic, clean, and consistent visuals for a wide range of productions&mdash;from commercial and interview-based content to scripted studio setups.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone with a technical eye, creative instincts, and the ability to work efficiently in a collaborative production environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Operate studio cameras during multi-camera productions, interviews, promotional shoots, and other in-house content</li><li>Familiarity with in-studio cameras such as Blackmagic, Canon, and Sony.</li><li>Set up and maintain camera equipment, tripods, monitors, and studio lighting as needed</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Director, Technical Director, and production crew to ensure visual continuity</li><li>Frame and adjust shots based on blocking, shot lists, or real-time direction</li><li>Perform focus pulls, zooms, pans, and other camera movements with precision</li><li>Monitor technical quality of footage and flag issues in real time</li><li>Support rehearsals and equipment checks prior to live or recorded sessions</li><li>Assist with camera prep, maintenance, and breakdown after shoots</li><li>Follow safety protocols and maintain gear in top working condition</li><li>Stay current on camera operation trends and techniques relevant to studio work</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of professional experience as a studio camera operator or camera assistant in the film/TV industry</li><li>Proficiency with professional camera systems (Blackmagic, Sony, Canon, RED, etc.) and broadcast-style control</li><li>Strong understanding of composition, camera movement, and studio production dynamics</li><li>Ability to follow direction while also showing initiative and creative framing instincts</li><li>Comfortable operating in a multi-camera or live-switched production environment</li><li>Solid understanding of basic lighting and exposure principles</li><li>Technical troubleshooting skills with camera, monitor, and signal systems</li><li>Able to work flexible hours based on production schedules</li><li>Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team environment</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div>\n",
