Picking up on the needs of veterinarians and teammates based on prior experiences and feedback.</li>\n <li><strong>Organization Skills</strong>: Clear tracking of lab specimens, medications, patient instructions, workflow, and other job-related items while managing multiple patients and clients.</li>\n <li><strong>Client Satisfaction: </strong>Ensuring all activities and interactions result in the highest level of client satisfaction.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Essential Responsibilities</h2>\n<strong>What You’ll Do</strong>As a Credentialed Veterinary Technician, you will:\n<ul>\n <li>Assist veterinarians in medical and surgical procedures.</li>\n <li>Obtain patient histories, record vital signs, and provide client education.</li>\n <li>Prepare and monitor patients for anesthesia and surgery.</li>\n <li>Collect and process laboratory samples; perform in-house diagnostics.</li>\n <li>Take and maintain radiographs using proper safety protocols.</li>\n <li>Administer medications, vaccines, anesthesia, and treatments as directed.</li>\n <li>Provide safe animal handling (using Fear-Free and Low Stress Handling techniques) and compassionate patient care.</li>\n <li>Maintain clean, organized exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment.</li>\n <li>Communicate clearly with doctors and team members regarding patient care plans and client concerns.</li>\n</ul>You’ll also play an essential role in mentoring and working cohesively with veterinary assistants — helping teach skills, guide workflows, and foster a supportive learning environment.
