    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><h1 data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Summary</span></strong></h1><p>The top candidate will work with our highly skilled team to provide construction technology solutions to contractors in a designated territory. This would entail prospecting, account management, business development, and consultative selling. The candidate will consult directly with customers on the most effective technology solutions for their business and jobsite applications, deliver onsite demonstrations and work side-by-side with the Murphy team to deliver outstanding customer experience.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities.</li><li>Articulate and promote the customer benefits of technology and the value that Murphy Technology Solutions provides for customers.</li><li>Act as the costumer&rsquo;s jobsite technology consultant.&nbsp;</li><li>Have a clear understanding of grade control activities and applications that take place on customer job sites.</li><li>Account management in an assigned AOR.</li><li>Territory management and prospecting in an assigned AOR.</li><li>Keep up to date with training programs and become proficient with the products we offer.</li><li>Lead customer technology demos and participate in customer events.</li><li>Set-up base stations and rovers and localize jobsites as needed.</li><li>Deliver customer and internal training for machine control and grade management.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain technology and industry knowledge and expertise.</li><li>Collaborate with our team on new products and continuous improvement opportunities.</li><li>Keep up to date on competitive offerings and differences.</li></ul><p><strong>Other Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with other duties assigned and directed by corporate management within the framework of Murphy Tractor and Equipment Company, Inc.&rsquo;s objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</strong></p><ul><li>Able to communicate effectively and professionally.</li><li>Strong focus on customer service and sales.</li><li>Knowledge of Grade Control Solutions and construction equipment technology.</li><li>Good skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for demonstration purposes.</li><li>Able to maintain a standard operating Driver&rsquo;s License.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Able to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>Self-Motivated</li><li>Able to meet commitments and deadlines.</li><li>Able to complete required documentation and reports in a timely manner.</li><li>Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Able to work a flexible schedule as needed.</li><li>Able to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete within time constraints.</li><li>Demonstrates openness to new procedures, technology and structure.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements and Work Schedule</strong></p><p>Employees must be able to do occasional lifting of up to 60 lbs., crawl and climb on/under heavy equipment, walk over construction/excavation sites (irregular terrain), stoop, bend, kneel, twist and stand for extended periods of time. &nbsp;Employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle day and night and will be asked to travel long distances with some nights out (estimated 10% travel).</p><p><strong>Education/Work Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Prior Sales, Service, or Vocation/Technical degree and/or equivalent work experience or training in grade control is preferred.</li><li>Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.</li></ul><p><em>Murphy Tractor &amp; Equipment Co., Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</em></p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
