    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Responsibility:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conducting end to end financial due diligence</li>\n <li>Identification of issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis</li>\n <li>Undertaking smaller assignments or assisting in larger assignments reporting to Associate Director or Director</li>\n <li>Writing Sections of an FDD / VDD report</li>\n <li>Analyzing in depth the financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows)</li>\n <li>Highlighting unusual trends observations and frame questions for management</li>\n <li>Interacting with the client or target management</li>\n <li>Reviewing data books prepared in accordance with firm and professional standards and in accordance with the requirements of the project</li>\n <li>Reviewing the work performed by the subordinates and coaching them</li>\n <li>Establishing strong professional relationships with onshore team members</li>\n <li>Providing support/assistance for proposals/business developmentpment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Project and Team management exposure</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience in project scoping, effort estimate, project work planning, team handling, staffing, performance management etc.</li>\n <li>Credible record of operating as an independent contributor and also working as part of a team during larger projects</li>\n <li>High problem-solving skills; ability to drive through to an outcome in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity</li>\n <li>Goal driven – should be focused on helping clients meet their requirements – by developing answers and solutions when client requirement remains unclear / changes, and by providing relevant insights and key questions to fit the client objective</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Technical skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience in performing detailed financial statement analysis and a strong working knowledge of the field of accounting.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, strategic and commercial experience in advising clients on engagements.</li>\n <li>Passionate about Deal advisory with a history of learning continuously from experience and to seek out development opportunities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Behavioral / team skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Takes personal responsibility and accountability for own work and that of subordinates.</li>\n <li>High level of personal integrity and ability to quickly build trust amongst colleagues and clients</li>\n <li>Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations</li>\n <li>Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
