The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of CNC machines and following set standards and company policies. This role is located in <strong>Lake Zurich, IL</strong> and will be fully on-site. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hourly Pay Range</strong>: $20 - $30/hour</p>\n<p><strong>Work Schedule</strong>: 2nd Shift 4:00 pm - 2:30 am| Monday - Thursday</p>\n<p><strong>Pay Schedule</strong>: Weekly</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Wieland, we recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be based upon various factors unique to each individual that may include but are not limited to years of eperience, industry knowledge, technical skills, education, qualifications, etc. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”), and the ability to access and handle ITAR “Technical Data” as defined by 22 CFR § 120.15 is an essential function. Employment is contingent upon the applicant's ability to comply with these requirements. </em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>CNC Operator Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic operation of CNC equipment (load material, cycle start, unload material).</li>\n <li>Stack/unload product per instructions and any other material handling as stated.</li>\n <li>Must have competency to change inserts within 6 months.</li>\n <li>Must have competency to make offsets within 3 months.</li>\n <li>Effectively communicate with co-workers and management.</li>\n <li>Production quantity entered accurately in ERP system.</li>\n <li>Accurately input job data per MBP MMS requirements.</li>\n <li>Accurately measure part per inspection requirements, utilizing various gaging and metrology equipment.</li>\n <li>Participate in any team activity as needed.</li>\n <li>Be seen as a “go-to” person to get work accomplished.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>CNC Operator Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><em>This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”), and the ability to access and handle ITAR “Technical Data” as defined by 22 CFR § 120.15 is an essential function.
