You will read and interpret plans, manage workflow, and guide your crew to successful and timely project completions.</p><p>This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to juggle logistics, deadlines, and quality control while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.</p><h2><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></h2><h3><strong>Leadership &amp; Project Coordination</strong></h3><ul><li>Run the daily operations of commercial and multifamily concrete job sites, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.</li><li>Plan and coordinate project phases by reviewing blueprints, specifications, schedules, manpower needs, and material requirements.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and support layout technicians, finishers, and laborers&mdash;ensuring clear direction, accountability, and high‑quality work.</li><li>Communicate proactively with general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers to maintain alignment on expectations, progress, and changes.</li><li>Maintain a productive job‑site culture that emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and consistent performance.</li></ul><h3><strong>Technical &amp; Field Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Interpret and execute concrete construction plans, elevations, layouts, and specifications with accuracy.</li><li>Oversee layout, forming, placement, finishing, and curing activities; ensure all measurements, elevations, and tolerances meet requirements.</li><li>Verify work completed by the crew, including squareness, plumb, grade, thickness, and finish quality.</li><li>Identify field issues (access challenges, soil conditions, safety hazards, scheduling conflicts) and implement appropriate solutions.</li><li>Work hands‑on as needed&mdash;operating finishing equipment, screeding, forming, or performing layout.</li></ul><h3><strong>Safety, Quality, and Organization</strong></h3><ul><li>Ensure job sites adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines, promoting a culture of proactive hazard recognition.</li><li>Conduct daily assessments to maintain cleanliness, proper tool storage, and hazard elimination.</li><li>Monitor equipment use and coordinate proper care, maintenance, and security of company property.</li><li>Track project progress, manage multiple concurrent tasks, and resolve issues to maintain schedules and meet deadlines.</li></ul><h2><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">What We&rsquo;re Looking For</span></strong></h2><p>Successful candidates bring a blend of technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.
