Additionally, role will help in managing budgets, policies &amp; PMO for BIU function</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure technical support is provided to Insights and reporting team wherever required to meet the data extraction &amp; analysis requirements</span></li>\n <li><span>Person is required to build a strong understanding of data processes across the card lifecycle, how and where the data is stored across multiple layers of data platforms.</span></li>\n <li><span>Collaborate with senior leadership team, Function heads and BIU Program management team to understand their data needs and deliver the same through the implementation of data initiatives and projects</span></li>\n <li><span>As a People Manager of 10 team members, provide strategic direction, performance management and career development opportunities for team members by fostering a culture of driving data driven decision making</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><span><b>Measures of Success</b></span></p>\n<ol>\n <li><span>Deliver data projects On Time and accurately to drive business decision making</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain up to date data dictionary</span></li>\n <li><span>Deliver on data extraction and other service tickets within SLA</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><span><b>Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications</b></span></p>\n<ol>\n <li><span>Good knowledge of SAS, Python, SQL &amp; ETL technologies esp. in Big Data Environment&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Good working knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><span><b>Competencies critical to the role</b></span></p>\n<ol>\n <li><span>Person should have strong experience of leading teams preferably in BFSI segment</span></li>\n <li><span>Good knowledge of business processes &amp; key business metrics to provide effective solutions</span></li>\n <li><span>Person should have good experience of data governance practices, and its related tools and processes required for maintaining data dictionary &amp; good data quality standards</span></li>\n <li><span>Person is required to lead cross functional teams to execute data processing asks and hence he should be:</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong team player - Inclusive who can collaborate with multiple teams and drive them towards achieving a common goal</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong analytical skills – strong problem-solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align with business goals</span></li>\n <li><span>Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong relationships and creates processes which helps with timely availability of data to all stakeholders&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Should have very good written and verbal communication skills</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><span><b>Qualification</b>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ol>\n <li><span>Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Data Analytics or related fields from good institute.</span></li>\n <li><span>Desired - Analytics certifications like Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Google Data Analytics Professional, etc.</span></li>\n <li><span>Have experience of working on Data Lake using Hadoop or Data bricks.
