In this role, you will support core system operations, troubleshoot technical issues, manage system enhancements, and serve as a key resource for both onsite and remote users. If you are a detail-oriented technology professional who enjoys solving complex problems and making a direct impact on organizational performance, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">What You&rsquo;ll Do</span></strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Oversee the operation of the core processing system, operating systems, applications, and database management tools to support business needs.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Develop and maintain procedures for hardware, software, communications, and user training across computer systems.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Install, configure, and implement core system components, including upgrades and enhancements.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Edit and maintain system configuration files for operating systems, applications, and communications with printers and peripheral devices.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Analyze and resolve core processing hardware, software, and connectivity issues using diagnostics and troubleshooting best practices.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Conduct ongoing system audits to maintain security, compliance, and data integrity.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Create and deliver reports to support organizational needs and decision-making.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform regular OFAC watch list scans of the membership base to support regulatory compliance.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Manage multiple projects related to the core banking platform while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Serve as the subject matter expert for the core banking platform and provide mentorship to Core Systems Administrator team members.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform other related duties as needed to support business operations.</p><p>The ideal candidate is a proactive and technically skilled professional who can balance systems administration, problem-solving, compliance, and communication.
