They are directly responsible for managing each projects execution in terms of timeline, scope (project specifications/quality) and budget all while ensuring all stakeholders (both internal and external) are fully apprised of all potential and real outcomes in each project.</p><p><strong>A successful candidate might be someone who:</strong></p><ul><li>Has experience working in direct customer service setting.</li><li>Has experience in management or supervisory retail or food service positions</li><li>Has experience in balancing work and school responsibilities in tandem</li><li>Hands on: Isn’t afraid to jump into the weeds and start working</li><li>Has a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent military or similar training) with coursework in Math, Biology, or other hard sciences</li><li>Has worked with animals, in vivo, research or in a lab (as a team leader or supervisor is a plus!)</li><li>Doesn’t shy away from the need use your judgement, manage risks and make decisions</li><li>Will take ownership situations at hand and get things done.</li><li>Doesn’t just check the box, but creates the check list</li><li>Enjoys learning and strategic thinking</li><li>Enjoys being part of a team and at times the leader of the team</li><li>Is comfortable being a team captain and directing work to various team members (or perhaps you don’t enjoy this but are always selected by your peers!)</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree (B.
