Candidates must have hands-on experience handling auto insurance claims.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local laws/regulations.</li>\n <li>Process and file physical damage, total loss, and GAP claims with insurance agencies and other third party administrators.</li>\n <li>Issue Letters of Guarantee for assets declared as a total loss.  </li>\n <li>Negotiate claim resolutions with insurance agencies and/or third party administrators to maximize recovery and minimize losses to the company.</li>\n <li>Analyze data used in settling claims to ensure that claims are valid and that settlements are made according to company policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Obtain repair estimates, and/or total loss or diminished values. </li>\n <li>Accurately and professionally document account information and collection activities.</li>\n <li>Consult with the legal department on claims requiring litigation.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.</li>\n <li>3+ year(s) of insurance claims experience, preferably in the subprime consumer lending industry.</li>\n <li>Effective communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills with the ability to interact with others in a professional, tactful, and sensitive manner.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, interpret and apply federal, state and local collections regulations.</li>\n <li>Detail oriented and organized with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.</li>\n <li>Available to work a flexible work schedule and overtime as needed.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary:</strong> $20.00 - $25.00 per hour + Bonus</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#VHP</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Veros Credit, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.</p>\n<p>**This Organization Participates in E-Verify</p>",
