The HVAC Lead Installer accomplishes this work leveraging each other’s strengths, and using strong communication and coordinating efforts with internal departments.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s In It For Me?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$75,000-$125,000 including base plus bonus structure</li>\n <li>Medical Insurance, Dental & Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>FREE Employee & Dependent Telehealth (No Copay)</li>\n <li>Company-Matched Health Savings Account (HSA) and 401(k)</li>\n <li>Company-paid Long-Term Disability Insurance</li>\n <li>Company-paid Employee + Family Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Wellness Program and EAP (Mental Health Support)</li>\n <li>Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance</li>\n <li>PTO (Up to 4 Weeks Based on Tenure)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2></h2>\n<p><strong>What Will I Do?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain communication with internal teams.</li>\n <li>Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.</li>\n <li>Clearly, effectively and timely communicate with HVAC Install Manager and supervisors to review job details.</li>\n <li>Adapt project work when necessary due to interruptions, scope changes, or other unforeseen conditions.</li>\n <li>Follow Installation procedures and processes and ensure HVAC Install Apprentice follows the Installation procedures and processes.</li>\n <li>Accurately report labor hours and maintain JIT.</li>\n <li>Complete replacement closeout process with 100% accuracy immediately upon completion of job.</li>\n <li>Properly complete required paperwork.</li>\n <li>Embrace and proactively seek out development opportunities through continued training and one-on-one coaching.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2></h2>\n<p><strong>Do I have What it Takes?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record to drive company vehicle</li>\n <li>Universal EPA Certification</li>\n <li>2-3 years of HVAC field installation experience</li>\n <li>1 year of experience being in a lead role</li>\n <li>Ability to lift loads up to 75 pounds on a regular basis</li>\n <li>Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs</li>\n <li>ServiceTitan Experience Preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></p>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
