Description

Position Summary: The Event Operations Staff position is a part-time role supporting the concert experience and day to day operations at the San Diego Symphony’s events and performances held in Jacobs Music Center, The Rady Shell, and other venues where the San Diego Symphony performs. Reporting to the Director, Event Operations & Security, this position is responsible for helping to set up vibrant performance venues and providing a positive guest experience reflective of the San Diego Symphony’s values. Event Operations Staff are responsible for setting up and breaking down of the venue, complying with health, safety, and ADA requirements, and delivering a high-quality and responsive customer service experience at 150+ events annually. This position is an integral part of a team that provides an exceptional cultural experience in keeping with the San Diego Symphony, where exceptional service is paramount.
