This position reports directly to the District Manager.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who are we looking for?</span></p>\n<p>As the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Store Manager</span>, you must be an exceptional leader who can motivate, inspire, and develop the store team.</p>\n<p>In collaboration with the District Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the financial success of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving profitable top-line sales growth, and coaching store associates to consistently deliver a best-in-class shopping experience. The Store Manager understands key business drivers and adjusts the business accordingly.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What skills should you have?</span></p>\n<p>The Store Manager must demonstrate a set of competencies that establish them as a leader within the store:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">People:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Optimizes talent by developing direct reports and building effective teams. Influences others through clear communication and leads by example.</li>\n<li>Act as a role model for the in-store team; coach, develop, and maximize associate performance</li>\n<li>Build a strong, collaborative team aligned with store needs</li>\n<li>Ensure clear and effective communication across the team</li>\n<li>Maximize sales potential by coaching selling behaviors on the sales floor</li>\n<li>Support management of controllable expenses and resource optimization</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Results:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintains focus on performance and accountability while driving business results.</li>\n<li>Ensure visual merchandising and apparel presentation standards are executed</li>\n<li>Maintain store image, cleanliness, and window display standards</li>\n<li>Support payroll management through effective scheduling and floor coverage</li>\n<li>Ensure consistent product replenishment and size availability</li>\n<li>Manage inventory, stockroom organization, and stock flow</li>\n<li>Oversee loss prevention and safety procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Thought:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrates strong business acumen, customer focus, and decision-making ability.</li>\n<li>Optimize selling floor to drive maximum productivity and conversion</li>\n<li>Execute company strategies by setting clear expectations and accountability</li>\n<li>Maintain strong product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities (fits, fabrics, collections, trends)</li>\n<li>Analyze sales trends and react quickly to business needs</li>\n<li>Support assortment awareness including new deliveries and key items</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Self:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remains adaptable, resilient, and self-driven in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences</li>\n<li>Ensure execution of operational and administrative tasks</li>\n<li>Uphold FOX Clothing brand standards, policies, and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Store Manager may perform other related duties, with customer service at the forefront, as required by the Company and/or field leadership.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What experience should you have?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a comparable retail environment (apparel preferred)</li>\n<li>Proven ability to achieve sales targets and performance metrics</li>\n<li>Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze reports and identify trends</li>\n<li>Comfortable making decisions and managing conflict within a team environment</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills</li>\n<li>Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain top talent</li>\n<li>Strong product awareness and commercial mindset</li>\n<li>Customer- and brand-focused approach</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What are the physical requirements?</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>\n<li>Ability to lift, move, and handle product up to 50 lbs</li>\n<li>Ability to climb ladders and use step stools</li>\n<li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods</li>\n<li>Strong manual dexterity and coordination</li>\n<li>Ability to travel to other store locations and attend district meetings as needed</li>\n<li>Frequent movement including standing, reaching, bending, and lifting</li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with customers, peers, and management</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Fox Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
