As a key part of the Labeling Department, you will ensure the efficient and accurate labeling of our high-quality products, playing a vital role in the creation of Rowe Casa products.</span> <span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt\">This is a full-time position that follows a 4/10 work schedule (4 days a week, 10 hours a day). The schedule will include a combination of days between Monday and Saturday, typically from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Note that overtime, including nights and weekends, may be required, and the schedule may change depending on company needs.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt\">Proven experience in a leadership role in a production or manufacturing environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt\">Knowledge of production procedures and machinery (labeling processes)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt\">Strong leadership and organizational skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt\">Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt\">Ability to enforce safety and sanitation regulations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt\">Familiarity with the organic and natural health and beauty industry is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt\">High school diploma or equivalent</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt\">Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Experience in natural and organic product industry</span> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt\">This job operates in a manufacturing environment.
