          "text": "<p>The primary responsibility of the Sales Support Assistant is to assist the sales team as it pertains to providing an exceptional Brand Experience. This includes responsibilities with local social media, the development of sales performance reporting, administration of local marketing events, and the processing of sales documents.</p><p><strong>***This is a part time opportunity 20-24 hours a week***</strong></p><p><strong>***The starting pay for this position is $24.50***</strong></p><p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER</strong></p><p>California Closets has both company-owned and franchise locations. This location is company-owned, therefore earns the following benefits:</p><ul><li>Health insurance – Medical, Dental, and Vision</li><li>PTO days and paid holidays</li><li>401K retirement plan with company match</li><li>40 hours/week with overtime potential</li><li>Grow your career with us – many promotional opportunities are available</li></ul><p>Franchises are independently owned and operated and may offer different benefits.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS </strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for lead management in an efficient and detailed manner for our Design Consultants, using CRM.</li><li>Responsible for answering incoming phone calls &amp; emails to either the local scheduling office or local showrooms and address client needs.</li><li>Updating the local marketing including showroom hours on the website, social media, Yelp and Google reviews.</li><li>Updating and maintaining Design Consultant bios on the website.</li><li>Running and distributing weekly reports for rescheduled consults, open status jobs, and “pending” client lists.</li><li>Collaborating with Design Consultants to follow up on the “pending” client lists.</li><li>Sending out “client anniversary” marketing campaigns.</li><li>Managing the Digital Showroom activities including local photos and keeping the “offer list current based on market.</li><li>Responsible for sales administrative duties including, online social media support, warranty, trade packages, additional sales support (add-ons), and other clerical responsibilities.</li><li>Tracking and maintaining client traffic reports and distributing to leaders. &#xa0;</li><li>Maintains an adequate supply of the Design Consultant and Showroom samples in the showroom at all times.</li><li>Assists the Sales Manager with the ongoing education and training of the Design Consultants with Central Scheduling, as needed.</li></ul>",
